My Life is a Little Brighter!

I said in my last post that I was going to introduce you to saba's new exciting products one week at a time. Well,,,,, you know what happens to good intentions. So, here I am TWO weeks later with my latest try of the new and wonderful products that have been introduced by my amazing home company Saba.

Then I held my mouth open in a big smile and dried my teeth off with a cotton ball, clicked the pen and put a small amount of the gel on the front part of my teeth that are seen when I smile. I held my lips away from the teeth for about 30 seconds. Then I relaxed them and went about my business for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I rinsed with water and there you go! Whiter teeth in 2 weeks! 

The best part is that I did this all in the privacy of my own little bathroom! I put it on my teeth and in the time it took me to do my nightly devotional, I was ready to rinse. AND sabaLustre is formulated so that it will not cause tooth sensitivity. I had some discomfort with some of the other products that I have used but none whatsoever with this! I absolutely love this product.

As you can see from the dates on my posts, I have not been very consistent in posting the past year. I still love, love, love my Saba products but I have gotten out of the habit of posting regularly and I have put that on my to do list for 2014. My experience with Extreme 5000

As soon as they announced it, I knew I wanted to try it. The first couple of times I took it, I got a niacin flush. If any of you have experienced this, you know what I am talking about. When the niacin enters your body, your get a hot flash, your skin gets tingly and kind of itchy and your skin turns red. I had experienced this with energy drinks before so I was familiar with it. It only lasts a few minutes and only did it on the first couple of mornings that I took it. But the energy...... oh my! I felt like I could take on the world. I was zipping through things, getting things done and not even thinking twice. When Donald asked me what I thought of it, the only answer I could come up with was "WOOOOOO" with a fist pump! The appetite control was awesome and I didn't have a crash at the end of the day. I take it early in the morning so I have no trouble sleeping. I simply LOVE this stuff.

I do a circuit workout plan where I do cardio one day and weight training the next. Unless I have had an extremely long night the night before, which I don't like to do, I don't feel that I need that amount of energy every day, so I have been alternating Xtreme and ACE.
